- David is a fully registered General Psychologist. . David has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University as well as a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science (4th year Honours) at Bond University. David's thesis explored The Effects of Environmental Boundaries on Cognition and Memory. David predominantly works under a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and ISTDP model and has taken a strong interest in Psychodynamic approaches to therapy. Through this, he has gained knowledge in theories pertaining to the development of attachment styles and how these can affect an individual in later stages of life. David has spent some time working in corrections working with female offenders and has delivered over 100 sessions of group intervention programs, as well as individualised therapeutic intervention. In these programs, David has delivered content in a range of topics including:

David is guided by evidence based intervention including cognitive behaviour therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy approaches. David modifies intervention to the child's developmental level. Depression
David sees children, adolescents and adults with depressive symptoms and low self esteem. David is guided by evidence based intervention including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Emotion Regulation
David enjoys working with children and youth. He provides interventions and therapuetic interventions focusing on emotional regulation, anger, adjustment, self esteem and reslience.
ADHD & Behaviour Issues
David works with children and teens with ADHD and behaviour difficulties. David provides parent training for behaviour difficulties. David uses evidence based approaches for all interventions provided.
