Fee Schedule as of 1st July 2022

As of 1st July 2022 appointments will be charged as per the new fee schedule for psychological services dated 1st July. Please note that our fees are still below the Recommended Australian Psychological fee of $280 per hour (July 1 2022 to 30 June 2023).

Psychology & Provisional Psychology Fees

  • Provisional Psychology Sessions NDIS Rates (Planned, Self and NDIA) $214.41 or per NDIS Price Schedule (2022)
  • Provisional Psychology (No Funding) - $170 weekdays and $190 weekends for those without funding support.
  • General Psychology weekday ongoing appointments $225 per 50 minutes ($245 for first appointment) (After hrs & Sat $255)
  • Clinical Psychology weekday ongoing appointments $250 per 50 minutes ($270 for first appointment) (After hrs & Sat $270)
  • Educational & Developmental Psychology ongoing appointments $250 per 50 minutes ($270 for first appointment) (After hrs & Sat $270)
  • NDIS Agency and Planned Managed Prices will be based on the NDIS price schedule. Brilliant Minds Psychology is an Approved NDIS Registered Provider.
  • Assessment Fees - At the time of reserving your assessment, a $400 non-refundable deposit is taken to secure your appointment. After Hours Surcharge: The surcharge of $30 applies to all appointments booked from 5pm or later on weekdays, and all weekend appointments.

Occupational Therapy Fees

  • Occupational Therapy $210 (Private, Medicare, NDIS Self and out of pocket)
  • Occupational Therapy NDIS Planned or Agency $193.99 (subject to change based on NDIS Price Schedule for 2022)NDIS Fees apply for planned and agency managed clients.
  • Occupational Therapy Saturday & After 5pm weekdays - $220 per 50 minutes.
