About Bianca

Bianca joined the Brilliant Minds Psychology team early in 2019. Bianca is passionate about empowering clients to make changes and live a fulfilling life. Bianca has a caring and positive approach to therapy with her clients and endeavours to create a warm and non-judgemental space, so they can feel safe to be open and honest.
Bianca believes in creating valued and meaningful goals in an individualised manner. Bianca utilises a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques including: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and attachment frameworks. Bianca tailors her treatment plan to suit each client. Bianca has experience working with individuals across the lifespan. Bianca also has experience in cognitive and behavioural assessments and learning assessments of children and adults.
