- About Sarah
- Sarah is a Psychologist at Brilliant Minds Psychology who is experienced in working with clients across the age span from infancy through to adulthood. Sarah is experienced in working with a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression as well as neurodevelopmental disorders such as AD/HD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is particularly passionate about working with new parents and families to help reduce the impact of emotional and mental health difficulties, and also in providing therapeutic support during the pre & postnatal periods using a relationship based approach to mood disturbance.
- She utilises an client-centered approach with evidenced-based treatments to provide personalised care. Interventions include cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy, narrative therapy and positive behavioural parenting interventions. Sarah has worked in a specialist inpatient facility for mood, anxiety, and postnatal depression. She also has expertise in the assessment of ADHD, Autism and learning and development problems.
