Brilliant Mum and Bub

Supporting You and Bub Every Step of the Way – Infant Occupational Therapy for Brilliant Beginnings!
Wondering if Occupational Therapy is Right for Your Baby?
We understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate your baby’s development, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. But you’re not alone! Our friendly, play-based occupational therapy sessions are designed to support both you and your baby—whether you’re a first-time mum or you’ve noticed your little one might need a little extra help reaching those important milestones.
Occupational therapy (OT) might sound technical, but at its heart, it’s all about helping your baby thrive in their everyday world. Our sessions focus on playful, practical activities that encourage your baby’s physical, cognitive, and emotional development. Whether it’s tummy time made fun, learning to hold a toy, or finding ways to help your baby calm down and sleep better, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
Our approach is gentle and family-centered—meaning you’re an essential part of every session. We’ll coach you on simple, effective ways to support your baby’s development at home, so you leave each session feeling more confident and connected.
Not sure if OT is what your baby needs? That’s okay! If your baby is having a hard time with motor skills (like crawling or grasping), sensory issues (being extra sensitive to sounds or textures), or things like feeding or sleep, or needing support with helping baby develop skills, an occupational therapist can help them overcome these challenges. And the earlier we start, the better the outcomes!
Book a session today and see how Brilliant Bub and Mum sessions can help your baby take those next steps in their development. We're here to support you and your brilliant little one!
