- About Max
- Max is a Psychologist at Brilliant Minds Psychology and works with children, youth and adults. Max graduated from Griffith University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Psychology, With Honours. His honours year thesis explored people’s intention to use digital mental health interventions, that do not require therapist guidance. The research identified several factors that successfully predicted people’s intention to use remote digital mental health interventions. His findings can guide increased access to psychological treatments for Australians that are on waitlists for face-to-face therapy.
- Max has a background in mental health support and has the spend the last 2 years working collaboratively with NDIS participants to achieve both short and long-term goals, promoting mental health recovery and improving wellbeing. Max has also spent time managing services to ensure other support workers are providing a high level of supports that align with participant needs, wants and NDIS guidelines.
- Max will be working as a Provisional Psychologist with an interest for working with children, adolescents, and adults as he loves collaborating with people from all walks of life. Max strives to use his social skills to create an open and honest space where meaningful discussions can take place without judgement.
