Who We’re Looking For
- Registered with AHPRA (General, Clinical, or Educational & Developmental Psychologist).- 2+ years post-registration experience in a busy private practice setting.- Strong therapy skills, time management & documentation abilities.- Deep understanding of ethical & legal considerations, especially with minors & complex families.- Proactive, independent, and passionate about making a real impact.- Able to adapt therapy to developmental needs (playfulness is key for working with kids!).Desirable: EMDR training, Clinical/Educational & Developmental endorsement.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, passionate Senior Psychologist to join our thriving multidisciplinary team. Less experienced psychologist are also welcome to apply if you have experience working in a private practice setting. You will work with children, teens, and adults, supporting neurodivergent clients, complex families, and trauma presentations.

Your Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema, IFS, EMDR, Psychodynamic, Mentalisation-based).✔ Work with neurodivergent individuals (ASD, ADHD) using trauma-informed approaches.✔ Support families in complex situations (separation, blended families, attachment trauma).✔ Optional assessments (Autism, ADHD, cognitive, learning difficulties – if of interest).✔ Collaborate with caregivers & professionals in a supportive, multidisciplinary team.✔ Work with diverse referral pathways – NDIS, Medicare, Private Paying.
