Special Interests
Special Interests: Gemma has an interest in the intersection between how experience across the lifespan impacts physical and mental health. Most recently, she has been interested in how psychological well-being impacts on performance and injury recovery in athletes and dancers. Additionally, she is passionate about working with neurodiverse individuals, recognizing their unique strengths. She aims to highlight these strengths in her approach; while also aiming to support individuals manage the challenges neurodiversity can bring.
Personal Interests
Outside of her clinical work, Gemma enjoys dancing, particularly ballet and contemporary styles. She finds joy in physical challenges such as rock climbing, which help build resilience and confidence. An avid nature enthusiast, Gemma loves hiking through mountains and exploring coastlines, often accompanied by loved ones.
