About the Package

Comprehensive Adult Autism Assessment In Clinic

At Brilliant Minds Psychology, we provide a unique experience for Autism assessments. We follow a gold standard Autism assessment approach. We have been providing ASD assessments for over a decade. ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) represents a unique neurodivergent journey that spans across the lifespan, touching both children and adults with its distinctive characteristics. It is a celebration of diversity within the human cognitive spectrum.
Individuals with ASD may navigate the world with differences in social communication, interactive patterns, repetitive behaviors, and sensory experiences. These nuances are not viewed as obstacles but rather as expressions of a rich and diverse cognitive tapestry. We understand that these unique qualities contribute to the vibrant mosaic of human experience.
While ASD may present challenges in social interactions, relationships, and sensory processing, our perspective is one of affirmation and empowerment. Rather than focusing solely on difficulties, we recognize the individual strengths and capabilities that coexist. We acknowledge the potential for growth and the development of coping strategies that can enhance well-being.
In all aspects of life, including home, learning environments, the workplace, and community interactions, our commitment is to foster an inclusive and neuro-affirming environment. By embracing and understanding the unique qualities of individuals with ASD, we aim to create spaces that celebrate diversity, nurture strengths, and promote a sense of belonging in every facet of their lives.Prior to your first appointment a series of questionnaires are required to be completed to further assess social skills and adaptive functioning.
