- Ines is a compassionate psychologist who enjoys working collaboratively with children, adults, and their families to navigate challenges and achieve meaningful goals. She has experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and social skills challenges.
- Ines is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. She draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-informed strategies, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed skills, and mindfulness-based interventions to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs.
- Ines is fluent in both English and Cantonese, allowing her to provide psychological services to clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
