Give your child a calm, creative, confidence-building holiday experience. This small group combines evidence-based psychology with the joy of floral design to help girls understand anxiety, regulate emotions, and grow inner strength all while creating beautiful floral arrangements to take home

Parent + Child Intake Session required before joining: This 50-minute appointment helps us understand your child’s needs and ensure the group is the right fit. This session will be booked with our Provisional Psychologist Annabelle Phillips. This is an in-clinic appointment for parent and child to ensure the group is a right fit for the child. First 15 minutes with parent + child, discussing main worries, strengths, Remainder with child only, including, administrating of anxiety measure and discussing further with the child what will be covered in the group.Includes brief anxiety measure and orientation
